Failure to upgrade will result in: - Loss of health coverage - Inability to access any hospital - Fines of up to KSh 50,000 Upgrade process: 1. Pay KSh 1,200 upgrade fee to M-PESA Paybill 222111 Account: NHIF-UPGRADE 2. Send your NHIF number and M-PESA code to 0715-888-999 3.
